Purkinje cells manually drawn by author/artist Hermina Nedelescu with Neurolucida from confocal images of an L7-tau-gfp mouse (Sekirnjak C, Vissel B, Bollinger J, Faulstich, Du Lac S, J. of Neurosci, 2003). Each cell is randomly pseudo-colored to faciliate visualization. The 3D rotating model in the video shows the cell architectures from different angles.
